Ordering Information

Placing your order 


Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM ET will begin processing on the following Monday. 4Sisters1Closet will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. Our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. 

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR HOLIDAYS.


Do you ship to me?

We ship domestically (USA) and internationally. Please see the checkout page to view the shipping rate for your order (Shipping costs based on weight, location and delivery options).

USPS International Shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.00. Typical transit time for International Shipping is between 5-10 business days, but occasionally customs delays of several weeks can occur. In-transit tracking is not provided for your package for International Shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit. If this is of concern to you, express shipping can be organized for your order at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.


What credit cards to you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.


Return Policy:

• Returns are only accepted on merchandise within 10 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
• Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

 

Refunds & Processing Time:

If your package arrives at within the 10-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment
within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received
the information from 4Sisters1Closet.
